Implementation Playbook

A step-by-step pathway from school readiness through evaluation and review.

The Seven-Step Implementation Playbook

The Shader Croft Playbook turns the program into a repeatable implementation process. Each step has a distinct purpose, season and set of supporting resources.

Program Coordinators should become familiar with the complete sequence before beginning detailed planning, then work through the steps in order while using the downloadable tools as needed.

A Program Cycle, Not a Loose Collection of Files

The sequence matters. Readiness informs planning; planning drives logistics and recruitment; preparation supports strong program delivery; evaluation begins before Day 1 and closes the cycle after the summer.
