Your district has committed to implementing the Shader Croft Summer Literacy Program and selected you to lead the work. The Leadership team has already completed Step 1—Readiness & Commitment and confirmed sufficient organizational capacity.
Your active implementation responsibility begins with Step 2—Planning & Design and continues through Logistics, Student Recruitment, Teacher Recruitment & Preparation, Program Delivery, and Evaluation & Review.
