Step 4 — Student Recruitment
Build trust with students and families, secure commitment and complete registration.
Student recruitment is relationship-driven. The goal is not simply to fill seats; it is to build trust and secure genuine commitment from both the student and family.
The home visit is a central part of the Shader Croft approach. It moves the conversation into the family’s environment, supports rapport and gives families space to ask questions before completing registration.
The Home Visit Matters
Prepare the registration packet before scheduling home visits so families can move directly into enrollment when they are ready.
