Step 6 — Program Delivery
A practical resource library for supporting teachers and operating the five-week program.
When Day 1 arrives, teachers take the lead in working directly with students while the Program Coordinator shifts from preparation into daily support, oversight and program fidelity.
Use this library to reach the specific forms, classroom tools, activity resources and supporting references needed during program operation. The goal is fast access—not a single large manual.
From Planning to Daily Support
The Program Coordinator maintains the overall view of requirements, upcoming activities and family/school coordination while teachers deliver the integrated curricula and document student progress.
