Step 7 — Evaluation & Review
Measure student outcomes, gather stakeholder feedback, review budget performance and document impact.
Evaluation determines the impact of the program on students, families and school stakeholders while also reviewing financial effectiveness.
Outcome evaluation begins before the program starts. Identify the outcomes that matter, determine what baseline information is available, and make sure pre-program data are collected before Day 1 so meaningful comparisons can be made afterward.
Measure Outcomes, Not Just Satisfaction
Post-program feedback matters, but student outcomes require both pre-program and post-program information. Build evaluation into the implementation plan from the beginning.
