Steps 3–5 — Spring Preparation

Coordinate logistics, student recruitment and teacher recruitment/preparation as connected workstreams.

Steps 3, 4 & 5 — Spring Preparation

The spring implementation period brings three workstreams together: logistics, student recruitment and teacher recruitment/preparation. They should be managed as connected parts of one implementation plan rather than isolated projects.

Progress in one area affects the others. Transportation and facilities shape enrollment capacity; student needs influence staffing; teacher preparation depends on confirmed program logistics and learning objectives.

Coordinate the Workstreams

Keep the Master Tracking Sheet current and review dependencies regularly so that no single workstream becomes the bottleneck that delays the summer program.
